It features a heart shape, with a Fleur De Lis formed by the heart at the center top, where the heart arches in from both ends. 52 prong hand set round cut diamonds decorate the heart pendant and the remarkable Fleur De Lis within it. A diamond shape loop holder suspends the pendant and attaches to the rope chain necklace that comes included with the pendant. 2 prong set round cut diamonds embellish the loop holder. A milgrain border is also seen. The chain and pendant are both styled in 10 karat white gold. Total diamond weight is 1/6 ctw.
